Our neighbor continues to park on an unimproved surface. We have reported this before and they continue doing this. This photo was taken this morning Saturday October 10, 2020 around 8 am. There is a car parked in the street without a license plate and a flat tire. This car has been there for days, appears to be abandoned and doesn’t belong to any nearby neighbors that I am aware of.
At the corner of 4th and rogers, the house on 4th are parking their cars in the back yard and are coming off rogers.

Not a huge deal but my neighbors park in the yard off the alley in the grass making it hard to use the alley which gets used a lot...they have designated parking behind their house but don’t use it...

These people keep parking on the sidewalk and driving in the yard.
These cars are in the yard and have been. The truck hasn't moved in years. I keep making complaint after complaint. What do I need to do??
