Neighbor at 1650 CONTINUES to let guests park in the shared drive/alley. This FORCES traffic into MY YARD, killing the grass.

Neighbor continually blocks alley way or also parks in grass . Creating a eye sore and makes it hard to get vehicles out of back shed . Her landlord had also recently told her she cannot park like this !
