They are not even registered! 2 of these vehicles are parked on unimproved surfaces - also this property is a junk yard.

Tenants park are parked in the front of the house blocking the public sidewalk. on 11/16/98 at 11:15 pm complaintant almost hit a jogger because he went out in the street to get around the cars parked on the sidewalk. Complaintant has talked with tenant about problem before, but it continues. He also questions the number of tenants here.
