Front lawn mowed, back lawn not mowed, trees from property raking the house at 223 N. Adams, causing damage to aluminum siding, rain blowing into space just beneath roof

Mr. Kinser and his roomate are fed up w/ trash that's scattered all over the property. Specifically, there's trash overflowing their dumpster and furniture in the dumpster area, trash piled outside back corner of house, and a blue thunderbird sitting in a parking space that's been there for 2 years taking up a space that could be used by other tenants. The mngr. over this property is David Carrico @ 337-2349 (w/ Cntr. for Behavioral Health). They've tried to talk w/ him but no results.
