Two large dogs attacked my dog while walking thru the neighborhood. They would have kill my dog if I did act quickly. My another neighbor was walking with me if you need a witness. One of our neighbors continues to let their dog out of their yard and I came home to it in our yard this morning. It is very skittish and I'm unsure if it would bite if approached. It is a puppy, still, I believe. Approximately 1 year old..it's black with brown markings. I know other people have report4d issues with this neighbor's dogs being out several times without leashes
The house at the corner of Clifton and E First Street (I think it is 713 Clifton) often has 2 dogs in the yard that ferociously bark at pedestrians who use the sidewalk there (there is no sidewalk on the other side of the street). I walk there after dark occasionally and the first time they just about gave me a heart attack. I was afraid the German shepherd would jump over the fence and attack me. Neighbors who live at 3507 E Morningside Dr constantly have their dog off leash. The husband walks the dog off leash all the time. I have seen the dog multiple times walking up to peoples front doors and pooping in the middle of yards. I have spoken with the wife about keeping the dog on a leash, she does but the husband does not. This morning the dog came on my property and went into my house inside my garage and was there for several minutes. I took video. When I asked the husband to leash his dog and explained that it was the law he became very combative and confrontational.
Residents have 2 small dogs, resorts to kicking cage and grabbing hard enough to harm in response to barking. In addition, I suspect they have the animals use the bathroom in their cage, as multiple bags of dog poop have been left outside their door.
