One of our neighbors continues to let their dog out of their yard and I came home to it in our yard this morning. It is very skittish and I'm unsure if it would bite if approached. It is a puppy, still, I believe. Approximately 1 year old..it's black with brown markings. I know other people have report4d issues with this neighbor's dogs being out several times without leashes

The house at the corner of Clifton and E First Street (I think it is 713 Clifton) often has 2 dogs in the yard that ferociously bark at pedestrians who use the sidewalk there (there is no sidewalk on the other side of the street). I walk there after dark occasionally and the first time they just about gave me a heart attack. I was afraid the German shepherd would jump over the fence and attack me. Maybe something for an animal control officer to take a look at. U report 188709

Neighbors who live at 3507 E Morningside Dr constantly have their dog off leash. The husband walks the dog off leash all the time. I have seen the dog multiple times walking up to peoples front doors and pooping in the middle of yards. I have spoken with the wife about keeping the dog on a leash, she does but the husband does not. This morning the dog came on my property and went into my house inside my garage and was there for several minutes. I took video. When I asked the husband to leash his dog and explained that it was the law he became very combative and confrontational.

5 dogs left in back yard all day constantly barking

This car has been spotted in lots all around bloomington, with these dogs on leads, and able to roam around it. They are going to get hit, and are not attached very well. There is never anyone in the car with them, they are alone.
