Mr. Craig has called Animal Control and the Plan Department. His neighbor Guy Pacale Hardy has at least 4 dogs and 2 cats. The dogs fight each other and bark when people are sleeping. They get out and chase his cats. Mr. Hardy dumps the dog waste in a dry creek bed (and it stinks). He may want to start a kennel. Complainant wants something done about these problems and is willing to sign a complaint.
Found an animal carcass in the yard. Not sure what to do about it, is this something that animal control will collect? It is a small mammal such as a groundhog, it has already been partially eaten by other animals. Sorry!

For the past 2 days one of my neighbors dogs has been outside barking/howling has no shelter form of shelter, no access to food and water, neighbors haven't been there or haven't been there long enough to take care of him. His dog cable has been caught up in twigs and such so its all tangled up. Its not the first time this has happen back during the summer they did this to him. I think someone should seriously check into this. He was in the pouring down rain today, and its now getting cold because of temp. dropping. Dead opossum with insides exposed at entrance to school. Smells and looks bad.
There are dogs that are locked in trailer 16. They have been there for weeks without anyone looking in on them.The owners have also been mistreating them physically. I ha e video evidence.

There is a hornets nest near the path through the trees. Many people including kids have been stung by them. The chase people off the trail.
Yellow young lab. Chained outside with no adequate food or water. Shelter house has no hay/insulation. No grass, all dirt and trash. Lab too strong for disabled woman
