There are currently no no-smoking signs in the Upper Cascades park. My wife and I were there with our 1 year old daughter last Monday or Tuesday, and were unable to use the swings as two childless adults were smoking on the swing set and declined to move. Can prominent signage be placed to indicate the park/park system is smoke free? I would also update the park rules to be more layman friendly, as they primarily reference federal, state, and city codes (found here https://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=7722). Thank you.

Two trees near sidewalk at SE Park on Arden Drive 00 - Montclair 00, one dead (some limbs have already fallen off) and the other tree near the speed zone sign appears to be dying.

My house shares a tree line with Southeast Park on Montclair Ave. During two storms this summer, trees on the park side have split and left large branches on the park side. These trees break due to the number of times they have been cut back by the utility companies (close to power lines that also border my property and the park) on my side of the tree line. Because of the location of the power lines and where the dead tree branches current lay, I do not know who's responsibility it is to clean up these dead limbs. I would like to request that the city take care of it, as we have had no control over the care of these trees and how they have been topped on only one side over and over again throughout the years. There are two very large and deep muddy puddles in the large dog park area at Switchyard. One is located by the large tree in the center of the park, and the other is located by the sitting area under the green awning. My dog recently got into the muddy water, ate and drank it, and became severely sick for several days. After speaking with several dog owners at the park, this has happened with their dogs too, so it is definitely a health hazard. It is very difficult to keep the dogs away from these areas. This does not seem to be a problem just after rainfall, but most of the time. I ask that they be filled with gravel or fenced off to allow for regrowth and to keep dogs away in the meantime. Thank you!
