At a Babe Ruth game at Winslow @ a late game, CANNOT SEE because there are 20 field lights NOT working. REALLY?!?!? All the money that get spent in this town on beautification and you can't afford lights?!?!?

At Bryan Park right by the swimming pool, between the sidewalk and Woodlawn, there is a water pipe with the cover missing. The cover is sitting on the grass right beside the pipe opening but looks to be damaged. This is a fairly large hole in the ground and could be a danger if a child or pet accidentally stepped into it. Again, this is right near the fenced part of the pool and on the strip of grass that is between the sidewalk and Woodlawn.

To whom it may concern, Over the past couple weeks I have been visiting the Miller-Showers Park located at 1500 N. College Ave. I like to pass the time listening to the waterfall or looking at the detailed sculptures. Unfortunately, it is hard to enjoy the view because the water is so slimy and murky. I am disappointed because it can look so much better if cleaned. Right now it just looks gross. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if someone could please clean the water so there is no more green slime in the water. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. Regarding Building and Trades Park: The steps leading from the upper level to the playing fields are in bad repair and need to be leveled. Even more important, older citizens such as my husband and Regarding Building and Trades Park: The steps leading from the upper part of the park to the playing field, dog walking area, etc., are in bad repair. In addition to problems with the steps themselves, a hand rail (simple pipe construction would be perfectly adequate) is needed, especially for little ones and most older park users.

The bridge at the playground at the Winslow Sports Plex needs one more bar added to either side. I have seen multiple kids fall or slide through the bottom gap. A week ago, my daughter fell and broke her arm through this same gap. One extra bar on either side would prevent many injuries.

On the evening of Tuesday, May 24, I was at Ferguson Dog Park with my leashed dog, Duke, and my friend had her dog (also on a leash). As soon as we entered the park another dog immediately became aggressive and repeatedly attempted to bite my dog and my friend's dog. At one point this dog had one of our dogs on the ground, on top of it. The owner very casually and unconcerned strolled over and grabbed his dog and said, "Now don't do that." This dog continued to be aggressive to other dogs present, even biting and drawing blood on another dog. It was that altercation where other people had to separate the dogs because the owner just sat there and finally got up to get his aggressive dog. The owner did nothing to stop his dog from this atrocious behavior. This owner and his dog are a liability and god forbid a child or any human gets bitten by this dog. I do not have a name or license plate number because I did not feel i could safely obtain that information. I do have a picture of the man and woman and dog.
