Last w/e, found pieces of shattered, clear glass on the limestone steps by the creek. Location is adjacent to the volley ball net. I picked up the larger pieces. Today I walked thru the area; with the sunlight, can still see several pieces about dime and quarter sized. Can easily cut or embed in feet or paws. Can someone sweep or vacuum? Thank you.

Bryan park 2-5 year old playground is in need of some updating. The floor is deformed and the tiles have shrunk which has caused large sections to pull apart, leaving large gaps that our 18 month old have tripped over and twisted her ankle in. The steps leading up to the slides also have multiple broken welds and are at risk of breaking while someone is climbing them. Is there a plan to update or replace the 2-5 year old playground in the near future? Thanks

Not enough pickle ball courts. I went on Sunday and 15 people were waiting continually for two hours. It causes an issue because people are sitting on the courts. Also, it can be frustrating for them to have to wait so long to play it would be nice if the city would create more Pickleball courts. This is a very popular sport and has been for many
years.
I’ve tried to play a Park Ridge in East. This is not a solution. It took 20 minutes to put up the net. I had to find a way to get the combination to the lock. It took another 15 minutes to take it down and put it all away. The lines are confusing, so my group has decided not to play there.

We have seen a few people frequently using the tennis court at Sherwood Oaks Park for soccer. They would practice shooting soccer ball against the tennis wall and court fences. Those structures are damaged because they are not designed to withhold such strong impact. Please consider putting a sign to warn against similar activities. Thank you!

Good afternoon! I've been a user of the Ferguson Dog Park since 2016. I just love this park and the community of people who visit. Myself and many other regulars often walk the perimeter of the Big Dog Area for fitness and to keep the dogs focused on moving. Often times users of the park will stand near the sunshade and their dogs will cluster. The clustering can sometimes cause natural conflicts between dogs. In the past I lived in Waterloo, Ontario, CA. The dog park in Waterloo is called Betchel Park. One of their features of the park was a gravel walking ring specifically for those two reasons I mentioned - good behavior by owners moving, and encouraging health of the owner. See the attached aerial photo. The many of us that walk the interior perimeter of the fencing at Ferguson don't mind the grass but it has it's own hazards of watching where you step. A gravel "trail around the park would encourage healthy behavior among citizens and canines alike. Thank you for listening.

I took my 5yr old daughter to the park restroom and there was a used syringe in the trash bin. It was out in the open laying on top. The bathroom was a wreck. I told her not to touch anything and not to use the bathroom. This is 2nd time in two weeks 2 different parks. We have to do something. Next time I experience this I will send photos to the Bloomingtonian and the local news. Maybe take the monolith money and spend it on some type of safety at these parks.
Sincerely
One pissed off Dad!!!
