Homeless people leaving debris against our building(Mural Wall) Also Patrons of people's park have been urinating by our dumpster (we have witnessed) and the corner where our mural wall ends and your fence begins. We have been bleaching the our property to remove the urine smell. We have also witness a few health events from the park patrons and where ambulances have been called. I would also suggest locking up the power outlet at the North end of the park because patrons of the park have been camping out re-charging their cell phones

A fitness organization called Bloomington United for Fitness is holding an exercise class in Olcott Park. I appreciate the need for outdoor space, however, they are using the paved trail for stationary exercises. Since these occur in one relatively narrow space, it is not possible to socially distance and because they are exercising, they are not wearing masks. Would it be possible to ask them to move to an area with more space in the park such as an open field not next to the path?

The large tree on the back corner of Peoples Park and Bicycle Garage' parking lot is dead and is shedding branches daily and large brancks during strong storms. On June 18, 2021 two large branches fell on my back parking lot. I removed them and cut them up for disposal. We have asked to have this tree removed many time I will ask again please remove this tree. It is dangerous for public safety.

There are three (3) dead trees that we believe are located on the Building & Trades Park property that we would like to see removed because of their potential danger to our building. Please let us know how this is assessed. Thank you

I don’t remember what the initiative is called, but someone planted trees and the city stopped mowing a large swath of Butler Park a year or two ago. Predictably, invasive plant species immediately colonized the area once mowing ceased. I understand the sentiment of trying to re-naturalize a space, but it’s counterproductive if we’re just going to create another xenotope. If city staff don’t have the time to maintain the new space and control the invasive plants, then I recommend that mowing be resumed in the meantime.

There is a giant wasp hive at hole 14 of Karst Farm Park disc golf course. I was playing today with 3 other people when my disc hit the tree and dropped straight down and landed by the tree. Apparently it hit the tree near the hive and startled the wasps. Unfortunately we did not know there is a hive and wasn't paying attention. When we walked to my disc for the next throw, we were swarmed by the wasps and 3 of us got stung multiple time. This tree is almost directly in front of the tee box of hole 14 and is likely to get hit very often. I have highlighted the approximate location on the picture attached. This hive needs to be removed for everyone's safety, especially for those who are allergic to bee and wasp stings. Thank you.

Last summer I saw some bag worms on a bush. Those are the ones that normally kill trees and bushes. The bush is still there so I'm guessing they might have an opportunity to spread. The bush I saw them on was the first bush just west of Rogers on the B-Line where it crosses by the junkyard.
