Witnessed two people having sex in park last night! When will this insanity stop?
Switchyard Dog Park needs a hose or more accessible water spout/fountain installed for large communal (dog) water bowls. Ferguson model works well. An awning that actually provides shade (current one does not) would also be wonderful. Thank you :)
The b-line is not clearly noted at switchyard when walking from the pavilion to the splash pad you have to cross the b-line. And you can't see oncoming traffic around the pavilion. There's light poles that appear to have brackets for signage but there's no signs on them.
Bunch of people playing spikeball or some other game, but it appears no one is wearing masks or distancing. Cars are parked on the grass as well.
Broken swings
Social gathering of >15 people EVERY day at seminary park. Executive order by the mayor. Please enforce!
Hello, I am writing to report that the rake/scraper for the bocce courts at Switchyard Park is missing, so as to make restoration of the courts possible only by bringing one’s own rake/scraper. Can you please tell me whether and when the rake/scraper will be replaced? Thank you!
I understand that the dog park at Switchyard park is new and that the grass still needs to grow and be healthy. However, myself and fellow dog owners are concerned with how much the sprinklers are running. It's turning the dog park into a swampy mess. This morning when I went with my dog Bailey, the big tree was completely flooded around it and the far field near the hill was ver swampy and muddy. I couldn't even walk through the grass with him. He ended up twisting his foot in the wetness. I really believe it's just oversaturated. When I take my dog to the park, I'd love to be able to run around with him without us both coming home completely covered in mud.
People putting up Tents and spending the night at seminary park. I thought public parks had a curfew?!?! If not, how do we make reservations as me and about 50 friends want to set up rvs/tents and spend the weekend? Does it have electricity and water hookup?
