Boards are loose one south end of pickleball courts.
The right stair railing between the tube slide and shorter open slide came unattached frommy be structure at the top. We were able to get it back in for the time being but it needs a new screw or bracket
Partially fallen tree in Olcott park is leaning over our property. Could fall in to our pool and pool filter if it falls. Right behind our house on Pierson ct.
I was playing disc golf on the Rogers-Binford disc golf course on July 10 and ran into mountain bikers who are converting the southeast corner of Rogers-Binford property into a mountain bike course. They've trampled several new paths through the foliage and created jumps and berms along the public path for the disc golf course. I'm concerned that mountain biking and jumping and disc golf don't necessarily go together. Is mountain biking and jumping on Rogers-Binford property a city installation? Are pedestrians and disc golf players still allowed in the area? Thank you for your response.
The homeless camp that lives on the pickle ball courts are smoking and their stuff is over a large portion of the out of bounds section, along with their bikes. The pickle ball courts are for playing pickle ball, and I'm getting tired of having to navigate their stuff.
The tennis courts on Moore’s Pike by the Renwick trail are missing a net. It needs to be replaced ASAP as this is an active court that gets used regularly
There are two Ash trees, both dead, with branches falling, may soon fall over on my lot. Could I get these taken out?
People are living here, they are dumping trash and it smells so bad like pee and poop
There are two very large and deep muddy puddles in the large dog park area at Switchyard. One is located by the large tree in the center of the park, and the other is located by the sitting area under the green awning. My dog recently got into the muddy water, ate and drank it, and became severely sick for several days. After speaking with several dog owners at the park, this has happened with their dogs too, so it is definitely a health hazard. It is very difficult to keep the dogs away from these areas. This does not seem to be a problem just after rainfall, but most of the time. I ask that they be filled with gravel or fenced off to allow for regrowth and to keep dogs away in the meantime. Thank you!
