I am concerned by the lack of arrests during an attempted lunching with multiple witnesses which was filmed on camera. It is only by the grace of God and the community that this man was not killed in front of several minors. The police officers failed to arrest these white supremacist terrorists and protect the citizens of Indiana from further harm. When people call to defund the police, these are the incidents in their mind. The police did nothing to keep this man or Indiana safer. Only the actions of a few concerned citizens prevented a lynching in your state in 2020. These police officers should be suspended without pay and these men need to be arrested. Hello, I wanted to inform the city about a standing and stagnant water issue in the northeast corner of Bryan Park - next to the tennis courts on the path there is a water fountain and in ground water meter that always has standing water and mosquitoes breeding in it. I've uploaded a picture and this was after 5 or 6 days of no rain. Addressing the issue will help reduce mosquitoes and the chance of illness in the area. Thank you.

Basketball courts need to be upgraded. Cracked asphalt, missing nets, trees overhang courts making some shots impossible. Maybe most importantly the asphalt doesn't stretch far enough behind the baskets so people have injured ankles after layups by landing in the grass. I'm just curious to hear if there is a plan to upgrade these courts soon. If not I would like to help make that happen by raising money.

Broken glass by the stone blocks on the north side of the tot playground at Bryan Park. Large pieces were picked up, but there are still small shards on the sidewalk between the large stones (just northeast of the bee riding toy, right in front of the stone block the farthest to the west).
