There is a loose water meter pit cover in the area where BFC practices. This is the fenced in area south of the main baseball area. The water meter cover is loose and will flip up if stepped on. Someone could easily fall into the hole and be injured. The cover is near the trees that are to the east of the most western field. It is approximately 16 inches in diameter.
Accessible playground equipment not working. This merry go round doesn't move. A problem for all kids but especially because this is one of the few accessible activities in the playground.

Olcott park playground and field. More and more people letting dogs run free, and too many young children on the playground for this to be safe. Enforce the leash laws please!
For shade for Shakespeare in the park (and other concerts) it would be helpful to plant shade trees closer to the patio that can shade those on the hill.
I think this tree might be dying. It has brown spots on the leaves and doesn’t seem to be blooming. It is on the public property as my property ends at my fence line. I don’t think a trim will save the tree and believe it should be removed. Please come before branches fall and ruin fence.
Whose bright idea was it to host Indiana Bobcats football on a junior high football field? It’s noisy and an attractive nuisance. They are parking all over the area and playing adult rap music near children.

Hello! I’m a resident of Bloomington and I often take my child to Lower Cascades Park. While I am so grateful for the many parks offered by Monroe County, unfortunately, Lower Cascades is in need of some TLC. There are many areas of unlevel and damaged ground surfaces. The wood flooring that connects the main large slides/equipment is starting to rot in areas and also needs repainted. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter.
