Citizen called frustrated that Ferguson Dog Park hasn't yet been mowed this season. Complained about it being a breeding ground for ticks, going to start a petition, etc.
Constituent called frustrated by the lack of mowing at the dog park -- difficulty with ticks, cleaning up after dogs, finding balls, etc.
Water fountain isn’t on at Park Ridge East Park
The park ridge east baseball field is in need of repair. Request the infield be groomed and holes filled in. Water pools at the home plate. The backstop fence also needs to be secured so that balls cannot roll under it and into the street.
The water fountain at Park Ridge East Park is continuously running.
The trees at Park Ridge Park have many dead branches. Dead branches are a serious hazard since they can fall off. They are right above the area where children play. This must be fixed immediately.
Hello, I'm the cookie mom for a local girl scout troop. We were wondering if we could set up a cookie booth up in one of the city parks. If it's allowed, I'm assuming we'd have to apply for permission. Will you let us know your policy? Thanks, Maria
I use Bryan Park on a daily basis, and I have noticed an increase lately in the amount of dogs that are off-leash. As the park is not off-leash I would appreciate better monitoring of this and perhaps more signage.
The sign at the Tfie Twin Lakes Ballfields that says words to effect "only one in seven dwarfs is happy" needs to taken down immediately.
