Mary go round needs greased or repaired. It is difficult, even for adults, to push. The children couldn’t use by themselves.
The carousel in the playground has become VERY hard to push. Maybe something is stuck underneath? Can someone please check it out? Thanks!
You have sent me the same generic message twice now. I guess until some 5 year old gets stuck by one of these dirty needles, there will be no action. Atleast put some dirty needle cans somewhere then. But thanks again for the same message. You truly don't give a shit..thanks again
An employee from hfi mechanical group filmed the children playing at the splash pad. If it’s for the city’s use I understand but if not I think it needs to be looked into.
The standing water around the Sycamore tree. This water is a swamp area. It is dirty and disgusting. It is very hard to keep dogs out of it because it is a big area. It needs to be cleaned up. Maybe put a more stronger fence around the area for now. Please do something about this standing water ASAP. IT IS NOT SAFE FOR OUR DOGS!! Such a beautiful park, with an unsafe standing water!!
Board at pickleball court has been loose for a long time. I reported it before. Now it's completely off. Please repair.
Resident sent a letter complaining about the quality of speakers at Switchyard Park. She is a violinist in the BSO. She suggested replacing the speakers so that the quality of the music can better be appreciated.
Lights do not turn on in the evening at the skateboarding area... this is a safety hazard, especially now that it’s dark by 9:30, but the park doesn’t close until 11pm.
I understand that the dog park at Switchyard park is new and that the grass still needs to grow and be healthy. However, myself and fellow dog owners are concerned with how much the sprinklers are running. It's turning the dog park into a swampy mess. This morning when I went with my dog Bailey, the big tree was completely flooded around it and the far field near the hill was ver swampy and muddy. I couldn't even walk through the grass with him. He ended up twisting his foot in the wetness. I really believe it's just oversaturated. When I take my dog to the park, I'd love to be able to run around with him without us both coming home completely covered in mud.
