I was using my power chair to travel to the other side of Landmark Avenue to find a working crosswalk. When I got to the portion of sidewalk that borders the Anderson Medical Product's back parking lot (where they park all their vans), there was a curb with no curb cut, so I couldn't get onto the sidewalk.
4600 E Morningside, some of worst sidewalk deterioration I've seen in town. I understand cutting homeowners slack at times, but please make this commercial property owner fix this to be accessible to wheelchairs and comparable again. The prior uReport was finalized by saying the issue was mitigated. I walked by this morning and it hasn't been mitigated. The missing sidewalk is on the west side of Sare Rd about 200 yards south of Moore's. It's across the street from the Verona Coffee shop. Sidewalk caving in on the southside of second Street at Kroger
IU Packer trucks are having a hard time getting access to trash containers along 9th because cars are parking along the curb. The sidewalk was recently re-done but curbs have not been painted. Thanks Jill
Person has been living on the curb for roughly 10 days with several carts of belongings and a dog that jumps out barking at people as they walk by on the sidewalk. While the person generally stays on the part of the curb that is not the sidewalk, this can't be permitted to take place in a safe and civil city.

The Sidewalk along smith road on the walk to University elementary is damaged, broken and barely even a sidewalk. Additionally cutout ramps are needed at the Apartment complex at the corner of Smith. the broken sidewalk is a tripping hazard and makes walking extremely difficult.
The sidewalk and retaining wall along the 9th street area are broken, crumbling, and falling apart. The city fixed the one across the street on 9th and Indiana, but not the one on the northern side of 9th and indiana. There is a trip hazard on this sidewalk. Is there also a way to put in a crosswalk on Indiana? People fly through this area and its not a speedway.
The trash and recycling bins were on the sidewalk in front of the house this evening (Thursday). Since the bins were full and their trash day is Monday, I suspect the bins were placed out 4 days early.
