Curb has sunk about 6 inches below road pavement creating deep hole. Caused by broken connection to sewer pipe on city property. City supposedly repaired the leak over a year ago, but area is still sinking to the point that ground level is now below the pavement and still sinking.
The curb in front of my house has heaved to the point where pulling into my driveway is damaging my cars. Both curbs need to be removed and replaced. The road in front of the curb is also breaking up and needs to be repaved.
Why has case# 177801 been closed? It has not been resolved. A metal rack for a street sign has been sitting out front of 425 N. Dunn for MONTHS accompanied by sandbags. Also, while you are picking that one up, there is another, LARGER sign and rack that is lying in the shrubs on the property of Plantation North, right across from 418 N. Grant. in July I entered case 180730 and it was closed with comment we will add this to our list. Is there a date that this work will be completed? I would like to have the sidewalks on Lakewood repaired as they are a walking hazard. This is caused by the City parkway trees

leaving the City Hall parking lot by the SW ramp to the B-line (just south of the fence), there is a heave of sidewalk on the ramp, demonstrated in the attached pictures. It is significant enough to cause a County Commissioner to fall on Friday and create an avulsion fracture of her finger! (I cannot tell if the photos loaded, so you may have double copies.)
In front of Upland Restaurant, sunflower plant is blocking the entire sidewalk and one of the parking meters. Please ask them to fix this!
