At the urging of our neighbor the city removed a tree from our property (in the front easement) as it had signs of the ash borer. Many other trees in our neighborhood have been removed for the same reason but replaced almost immediately. We have waited since April 27, 2017 for stump grinding and a replacement. Near the intersection of Thornton and Buffstone court ( on the right hand side and near middle of sidewalk is a large hornets nest in the ditch. If you walk on the sidewalk they attract you. Two of my neighbors were stung repeatedly this past week. This is dangerous as if you walk down the sidewalk they attack you. Children use this sidewalk to walk to school

So icy and slippery right outside of upper park (little kid park) at Bryan prk. I saw an older man slip and almost fall and kids have slipped a few times. Thanks!

Large section of side walk missing. Several metal fence posts and danger tape within it. 6"+ drop from sidewalk. I would assume this is also hazardous poses a safety risk.
