The sidewalk is broken and jagged and is a serious tripping hazard. My wife tripped on this sidewalk while running and received a huge laceration above her knee, which also damaged her tendon. This sidewalk is a serious lawsuit magnet.
The brick work here is very uneven and overgrown, with some bricks being broken, leaving jagged edges that are dangerous. Sidewalk that crosses driveway is broken up. Looks like it was broken up for water service line work. Some asphalt was placed in the driveway but sidewalk was left as gravel/sand..
There is a section of sidewalk completely gone and is gravel. I've noticed it for years. It is unsafe for runners and cyclists. In addition, the entire stretch of sidewalk in between Washington and Walnut on the NORTH side (by the car repair place) is in need of replacement. I use this stretch to get to the Bline all the time, and with little cyclists, and as a runner, this cracked sidewalk is dangerous. Please replace!

The sidewalk near 1418/1416 S Palmer Avenue area is completely washed out, with dangerous potholes making it difficult to park/walk. Issue previously submitted in 2018 and falsely reported as resolved.

The yellow paint on the curb on either side of the alley that runs between 205 and 209 East Wylie Street has worn off and needs to be repainted. Cars are parking right at the edge of the alley, sometimes partially blocking it.
