Duke Energy would like to remove the tree as it may obstruct powerline work. We were contacted at Olympus Properties for removal approval, however, given that the tree is on the street side of the sidewalk, we were not sure if this tree may actually fall under city property. Is this tree property of the city of Bloomington?

The walking path across Winslow to the north between two houses leading back to Caradon hill is completely over grown causing walkers to Childs elementary to have to duck and walk single file. The walkway goes all the way from the Winslow side street all the way to caradon hill road. Can this be cleaned up to ensure safe walking conditions to school and parks?

Sidewalk along Landmark has no curb ramp on one end for wheelchairs and power chairs to get on and off. And on the other end which was just redone really has no curb ramp either. You might be able to drive an RC car on it that how narrow the flat spot is. You cant drive a chair up on it because its not flat. People in wheelchairs and Powerchairs are avoiding this and going the wrong way down the street towards 3rd in a blind curve. Its only a matter of time before a car rounds that blind curve to find a wheel chair user in the lane also heading towards them. We just had a girl stuck out there today trying to get on the sidewalk but couldn't. Somebody is gonna get hit. Please let us know how we can help you help this matter. Best Wishes, Kevin. Y'all must be union workers because i'm sure you're getting paid but I don't see much work getting done. 2 years. 2 YEARS the sidewalk here has been cracked and broken up in large chunks. T-W-O Y-E-A-R-S. And I know you mfs know about it too. Which means obviously y'all don't give one shit about any neighborhood that isn't next to IU or on the eastside, aka the places you let shoot their load all over you because money and classism. You obviously don't give one shit about disabled or elderly as this has been a hazard for over--remember? 2 YEARS. Not like someone can just walk across the street to use the other sidewalk across Kinser because there isn't one derp. So maybe try a bit harder. Just a bit. Maybe act like you actually give a shit about this city. Or at least do your damn job
