The part of the curb on the West side of Sare Rd, as showed in the picture, protrudes into the lane unexpectedly and narrows it. As you can see it has black tire marks and the cement is chipped as well – indicating that cars hot the curb all the time. We walk or run there every day and this is an accident waiting to happened. A few days ago, as we were walking along, an SUV hit the curb, right there, and continued to weave for 50 yards. If it had jumped the curb we would have been hit. Generally speaking the walking path is too close to the road and a guard rail should be installed between the Hyde Park Village and at least to Spicewood.

The 2 traffic circles on either side of I 69 off of Tapp Rd and dangerous. There is no reflective paint around the circle. At night you can not see the circle and I have driven over it since I cant see the boarder. I'd like to see reflective paint around the circle for safety

Thanks for your gracious response last year when I inquired about this problem. You told me to contact you if it persisted, and it has. The entire street drains from hilltops at the north & south ends of Blue Ridge Court, and accumulates mud and run-off debris right at the same spot on the sidewalk (as you saw last year. Ms. Becker called to complain that a section of sidewalk on Sare Road between East Rogers Road and Sheerwood Christin Church's drive was caked with mud. I asked Asst. Engineering Services Manager, Rick Alexander, to determine whether it was an erosion control issue. He determined that it was not and stated that the sidewalk just needs cleaned up by the property owner. Ms. Becker would like a call back after an inspection has been completed. The sidewalk is on the south west corner.
