Yard Waste

It has been 3-4 days since some people came and trimmed trees/bushes at at least two houses on this corner of Larkspur and Woodhill and they left two large piles of branches sitting on the side of the street.
People also aren't mowing around here.
Many people don't care in this neighborhood, sadly, until the city comes around.
Thank you.

Pile of tree limbs have been in driveway for at least 3 weeks. Now, after mowing the lawn after the grass was 2 feet tall they left large clumps of grass all over the lawn.

Tree limbs by curb and in gutter of road for days now.
Honestly, it will stay there forever until the city comes around; the people living here are renting and do not care at all about appearance/neighborhood. Only if they are forced via fines.
