Exceeds weight limit of 40 lbs. Yard waste is over the 40 lb max. Weighed in at 80 lbs. Is breaking down. Doing courtesy pick up 8/7. Is a problem stop for the last 3-4 years with yard waste. Borderline harrasment with phone calls yesterday afternoon. 5 calls total at about 20 minutes a piece.
