Also, our yard waste was not collected today. We thought today was our scheduled day. I am not sure if the truck is still coming to collect or if we have the days wrong. Please let me know. Thank you

My recycling and paper recycling was not picked up today. I called twice, both times before dept. closed. First time, at about 11:46 or noon got a man, very nice; second time at 1:50 an answering machine. I'm told recycling is closed on Friday. For how long must I leave these two containers out for pickup? I finally called the Mayor's office, and Elizabeth filed a U-report. Naturally she was nice and very prompt in helping me.
FYI: a random, non-city employee man, who had a dog with him, was taking cans out of the recycling toters on my street this AM. In my opinion, this should be discouraged.
What am I supposed to do with my full bin of recyclables for the next two weeks?
When the new recycle and trash bends are delivered will they be the property of the resident or the City of Bloomington?
I called last Friday and reported that my recycling was never picked up and I was told to leave it by the curb and it would be a day or so before you would get to it.. As of today it is still in the front of my house full to the top so I guess it will not be picked up until tomorrow which is the usual day for pick up. I need a refund since I pay every month on my water bill for this service. Please have someone contact my. Thanks, Julie
