My recycling can is missing. We came home from vacation to find that the recycling can we left at the curb is missing. The trash can is still there, but not recycling. We need a replacement can, please. Thank You.
The lid on our recycling bin is broken
You guys keep only taking about half the recycling. Please be sure to dump it all in the truck—3 weeks in a row now.
Significant damage to recycling bin when we checked on it this morning after pick up. The wheel and pin have come completely detached from the base, making it so we won't be able to pull it with the wheels. One wheel was found down by our neighbor's driveway. There was no notice left, but I have to select something below to move forward with submission.
The lid was broken off our recycle can last week during collection. Can we please have a new small can delivered to our house? Thank you, Connie

The cover of my recycle bin was broken by the garbage truck on Tuesday (Dec, 09), as attached picture shows. Please help to fix it.

Recycling from our home and surrounding properties were not collected on mon. I do not believe the issue is improperly sorted recyclables from multiple properties.
