Customer called and said we missed his recycle. Last week it was trash. I have address them setting things out on time.

Resident phoned to complain that the guys are throwing their bins. I gave message to Shelby.
Resident called and said we missed the recycle, I sent Roger Todd out to get and he said it is all mixed like trash so he discussed with resident how to do it. Next time we will not take it.
Resident called and was upset that we didn't get her can of recycle again. Sending Eric Richardson to get since it is on his route.
Resident called and is upset that we didn't pick up his recycle again yesterday. I am sending the 947 crew out to get it.
947 went to this stop at 7:37am and nothing is out, so if they call we will not pick up this time.
too close to car
On Thursday 03.03.16 our recycle crew threw away his cooler and 5 gallon bucket. Blake was very upset! Shelby replaced the items today. We left at the front door.
Resident called and complained that we wrote up for not sorting but claims we spilled recycle all over driveway. Cussed at me, told me he will go to someone higher to get it picked up. Claims since we are union and work for city we can do what we want.
