i really hate to complain,with that said the past 2 weeks ,who ever is picking up recycling,they are loosing it on street at a few houses,i know they see what is in road because they come back up road to collect on other side.hopefully they can slow down and make sure they get it all,it could be the arm is to tight and it pushes it out,thank you
My recycling was out since yesterday evening, in the right position, but was not picked up this morning. The trash was but not recycling.

They have recycle out but no trash at 5:10am.
8:35am Recycle bins are seen up next to the house but are not at the curb.
Cameron called in again about us always missing his stop for trash and recycle. From now on both crews have been instructed to call me from in front of this location, sometimes taking a pic, sometime having the director to go to the stop to verify nothing is out.

Cameron called and says we missed his recycle, I called 946 they said there were very few stops out on Moody. This guy says we miss every time! We have to call from there every time!
