New residents are not being informed about what can be put in recycling containers. The result is that many recycling bins are left unemptied by the garbage workers, and then they remain sitting on the street for weeks and nothing is ever done. My recycling container is missing. Placed it at the curb Tuesday evening. It was still there Wednesday morning when the collection truck entered my street. An hour later I went out to bring the bin in and it's gone. Look in the truck. I need a large-size replacement. Thank you
