Recycable items not properly sorted. this was their second notice. 946 did not take, it was a mess this was their 2nd notice. Tuesday at 3:04pm resident called Diane in Mayor's office talked bad to her, yelled etc.. said we missed her recycle. Diane left us the message for Wed. so we could take care of. I called res. she was VERY nice to me, I told her some one would be there today. 947 actually went back and picked it up, it was a mess, but he took it, and he wrote them up again.
Courtesy Pick up.resident said missed last time, sent Matt friday he said nothing out, resident called in Monday said it was out why did we miss it again! So.. I did a miss out for tomorrow (Tues).
