closed #178730 Graffiti 419 E Kirkwood AVE Case Date:2/2/2022 There are two swastikas spray painted on utility boxes in the alleyway attached to the Osteria Rago building. I notified the restaurant on 1/19/22 and nothing has been done about it still.
