Ever since the city stopped picking up leaves there has been a sign ‘No leaf pickup this year’ in the grass at the corner of Covenanter and Ruby. It is overgrown by grass and weeds. It suggests that no one mows there. Can the sign be removed by the Sanitation Department?
Utility of Bloomington truck cleaned up trash on Monday 7/21/2025, and caused a lawn damage in front of my house right next to a utility cover. I’d like to have someone to check and fix the lawn. Thanks.
Why is there so much outdated and superfluous info on the city’s website.? I searched for current yard waste criteria and I get documents dated back to 2010!
Dear Madam or Sir, I am writing to complain about two issues: 1) While delivering new garbage and recyclable disposer containers, the truck broke my mailbox. 2) Seems like they delivered a defective recyclable disposer container. One of the wheels fell off. I picked it up and pushed it back in several times. Now, during a pickup - that wheel just disappeared. Perhaps it fell inside the truck. Please help. This morning when I went to bring in my trash and recycling containers I noticed that my trash had not yet been picked up. I do see, however, that all of my neighbors have brought in their containers. I only have about one small grocery bag of trash per week, but it is still in the bottom of my trash can. As I am required to pay for this service weekly, is it possible to have my bill reduced this month as I have not received the service? thank you, Cynthia Ramlo
