I fully support neighborhood-based urban agriculture. Being able to see, learn about, and easily access food is important to me. I value having GardenQuest as a neighborhood educational hub and GardenQ as a place where I can source nutrient-dense food and plants.
there are now actual homeless people taking advantage of the protests in dunn meadow. being both a student, employee, and resident of bloomington indiana i have understood the allowance of these encampments, but to what point? not only is it endangering that area but it is a potential danger for those protestors.

As a Clinical Case Manager with Centerstone, one of our clients recently disclosed an encounter with a city employee named Charles. According to the client, Charles, who was working after hours but who was not wearing a police uniform, took the client's bottle of whiskey and traded it for a pack of cigarettes. Unfortunately, this client had to be sent to the Emergency Room later that day due to withdrawal symptoms. Due to HIPAA regulations, I am unable to disclose the client's identity. Hello. We received notice that our street is looking at a traffic calming preapplication. It appears criteria include items such as police reports. Though that sort of data is important please please consider that reality is beyond just what the data paint. We pushed two cars out that drove into our yard in the snow already this week on east morningside and just now noticed another individual going much much too fast down the road while texting. Please look at the experiences of those who live on the street, complaints, maybe even photos households have, and otherwise solicit input of residents on the affected possible roads for improvements.
