Please forward this to Mayor Hamilton. Dear Mayor Hamilton, I would like to urge the city and the county to adopt a 1% for the arts for the new Convention Center. The accidents at Smith and Morningside need to stop. Another just happened. PLEASE put solar flashers on the Smith stop signs or even cross flags to get folks to actually stop there appropriately. Dangerous for cars. Deadly for bikers.
