Parking Ticket-- Hi, I want to give Sgt. Albert in the Police Department a HUGE COMPLIMENT! My mother Brigitte Jensen in Bloomington (I live in Idaho) is 80 years old. She has been very ill and even though she has a handicapped sticker, she was given a ticket in a Private Parking Lot for parking in a lined area in front of a dollar store. She called me and was a bit shaken. I am here in Idaho and I called Sgt. Albert. He was so understanding and KIND. I actually got an update on Bloomington/Normal. How would I go about getting someone to come out to potentially issue a citation to a property owner about a dangerous tree? We just purchased our house and there is a very large and what seems to be dead tree on our neighbors property with branches that hang over our home. It seems like it is above power lines as well. I'm just not sure how to go about everything. The occupants are renters and I'm not sure who the landlord is, but it is a hazard that needs to be taken care of ASAP. My address is 1529 W 8th St
