I would like to ask the City of Bloomington to begin considering steps to put ordinances, rules, regulations on these Bird Scooters that have infiltrated our city. I have seen almost every person riding in violation of the safety rules the company urges. There have been two people on a scooter, all of them without helmets, and riding on sidewalks/all over campus. They are getting parked on campus bike racks, cluttering up side walks, and generally are unsafe and without any kind of ordinance in place, could only cause potential risk to both car drivers, pedestrians, cyclists etc. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-45596449 There are known deaths on these modes of transportation. Indianapolis enacted an ordinance after unsafe crashes had occurred. Bloomington needs to be aware of the risk and make stations for these scooters with agreements on proper use.

10/11/2018 Extraordinarily loud concert going on over here on the eastside, apparently permitted by mayor's office? If so, unconscionable. This is a residential neighborhood, young children, people up early for work. I'm at least a half mile from the site and can easily hear it in my house. Will be contacting councilperson about this as well.

I have been told it is legal to harvest a deer with a crossbow, on your private property, within city limits in Bloomington. I understand the appropriate state license and deer tag are a requirement when performing any hunt. Is this allowed? I cannot find the information online, nor any instruction. Can you provide this direction or point me to the correct point of contact? Thank you very much.

Hello, I was wondering if it would be possible to remove the numerous pairs of shoes that are on South Park Avenue, specifically the north end near Atwater Avenue. There are two sections of wires if you start heading from north to south on the road that are loaded with these shoes. The removal of these shoes would help with the overall sense of security in the neighborhood and it is always nice to remove an eyesore. According to scanned PRC, it documents an unfinished 1540ft^2 basement. This basement is completely finished with the exception of a small utility room. It features a full kitchen, full bathroom, two living/family rooms, and two bedrooms. Please send field assessor to make these adjustments. The home owner is a Monroe County Government employee and this discrepancy has been reported at least once before now.

Samantha is already complaining on public forums (I.e. HT) about the proposed annexation and her house has been under assessed once it was built. Her basement is completely finished with a full kitchen, full bathroom, two bedrooms, two living rooms and a fireplace. You want to gain resident confidence and support; start by eliminating these large discrepancies by "locals" with connections in the real estate industry and with local officials.
