I was out of town for a few days and when I returned found what appears to be a survey stake in my backyard, a wooden stake with orange flagging tied to it. I don't see any other stakes in any direction and this one is unmarked. Was this left by the city and can I now remove it? My address is 3109 S. Daniel St.

Found a drug needle on the sidewalk on North Madison across from Bloomington foods, on the sidewalk of that photo restoration company or whatever. Also, across the street from there in the bushes where Chase Bank drive-in used to be, there are a ton of clothes and old junk hiding in the bushes that has been there for months.

I am hoping to find a way to get a 24 hour animal clinic opened in Bloomington or at least a clinic or hospital that is open when the other vets are closed. The closest 24 hour pet hospital is in Indy and very expensive. I don't think emergency care for animals should have to cost so much. Some of us can't get emergency treatment because we don't have transportation and/or money to pay. My poor puppy just had to be put to sleep at the indyvet hospital and I feel if I would have been able to afford the $400 fee they wanted up front then she may have lived and I am certain she would have lived if there was a place in Bloomington that would have been able to see her. We need someplace for our babies to be taken care of outside of normal vet office hours.

Good Evening, My name is Kelly and I work with kids in an after school program in Vermont. Recently I've been working with the kids on safety, I decided doing a fun project on ways they can be safe before and after school. During their search they came across your page (http://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=2212) and wanted to thank you. They also found a safety guide (http://yourlocalsecurity.com/inside-home-safety-guide) that covers everything for keeping children safe at home and other protection resources; would you mind adding it to your page if it's not too much trouble? I signed my family up for softball and now I don't want to take my kids. There is a lot of alcohol and drug use that seems to be common practice. Not a place to bring your family.
