Sometime in the evening of Wednesday, June 19th the glass office window of Old National Bank building was vandalized. It appears that a rock was thrown at the window causing extensive damage. We often experience damage to our property in a form of graffiti, trash, hazardous waste and destruction of signage.

The HVAC that serves the City Showers Building is increasingly getting louder. The sound level has gone from 88 decibels last week to 95 decibels this week. My office is the very most northwest location in the Showers Building and I can hear it through the office walls with a sound like the drone of a cicadas. I invite you to see how long you can stand on 10th Street adjacent to the Showers Building without plugging your ears to the high pitched screech of the City HVAC. I will likely swing by for public comment at the next available public meeting. Find the money in the budget to replace this nuisance please. It is truly upsetting those who work nearby it.

This HVAC unit associated with the City Showers Building offices is a nusiance. I clocked the sound levels at 88 decibels. I made a similar complaint about a month ago. The screeching noise just keeps coming back. I can hear it in my office even. Please find the funding to do a proper ungrade to this system. I cringe when I leave my office building.

The property at 411 E Glendora looks abandoned and in bad repair. It was on Zillow as rental property. There is an old car on site and it has windows broken out. There is also a discarded chair at curb. Can you please direct me to proper office to report the property. I drive by it everyday and it’s getting worse and definitely an eye sore. Thank you

10/11/2018 Extraordinarily loud concert going on over here on the eastside, apparently permitted by mayor's office? If so, unconscionable. This is a residential neighborhood, young children, people up early for work. I'm at least a half mile from the site and can easily hear it in my house. Will be contacting councilperson about this as well.

Can the City please do something to encourage Kroger to use or sell the eastside Marsh. A corporation buying a building and keeping it empty intentionally to dissuade competition is not cool. Please forward to Mayor's office so he knows residents do not want a large building sitting empty unfairly. Thank you. Other Cities have found solutions to such behaviors.

i recently saw something terrible & now everytime i walk past there, it bothers me. at 2600 west 3rd street, on a small vacant office building, in big bold red plastic letters there's advertising affixed to 3 sides of the building "INJURED ? CALL KEN AT 1-800-CALLKEN" and to make it even worse it lights up at night! making it look even more tawdry & garish. even if he owns that vacant building there's a city code under "peace&safety" that states that ads cannot be affixed to buildings. please have him remove this ugly situation as soon as possible. he can be contacted at his huge building at the end of franklin street. thanks

I am hoping to find a way to get a 24 hour animal clinic opened in Bloomington or at least a clinic or hospital that is open when the other vets are closed. The closest 24 hour pet hospital is in Indy and very expensive. I don't think emergency care for animals should have to cost so much. Some of us can't get emergency treatment because we don't have transportation and/or money to pay. My poor puppy just had to be put to sleep at the indyvet hospital and I feel if I would have been able to afford the $400 fee they wanted up front then she may have lived and I am certain she would have lived if there was a place in Bloomington that would have been able to see her. We need someplace for our babies to be taken care of outside of normal vet office hours.

Your homeless people problem within the city of Bloomington is out of control. It is ruining the city an it's image. Even Inpls TV news is bashing the city for it's pathetic attempt at dealing with the issue. People feel unsafe as do local students. Who gets the blame when something terrible does occur? The mayor's office has certainly known of this problem for quite some time now. It will be the mayor's office having to answer the questions of the victims whenever something does occur. Fix it. The people of Bloomington deserve better.

City pathway is popular sight for criminal activity such as: drug deals and use (used needles are common on stairs of city path), destruction of public and private property, fighting, littering, public urination and feces, and this year we've had two occurrences of people on the path discharging guns (~1pm last night was the most recent occurrence- see police report). The stairs on the path are unsafe and create a safe haven for criminal activity because the police can not pursue the suspects down the path or stairs. Instead the police have to drive around the block to try and head of the criminals and thus allows them to evade police. My community and the police officers are requesting that these dilapidated stairs and path be removed. They are public menace to our community and Bloomington society as a whole. Please help us protect our community by removing this criminal gateway into our neighborhood.
My fellow community members and I will continue to post updates on our problems, interactions with criminal (e.g. death threats) and reporting of criminal activities associated with this path (including photos).
