We've just noticed that a tree on the strip of grass between our house and the street has a fairly large branch that likely was damaged in the recent storm. It was not really noticeable until its leaves began to die and turn brown. The rest of the tree is still green, and it appears the branch has not snapped off completely, but could still be dangerous. Is it the city's job to tend to the problem?
City vehicle has a messed up license plate
A tree that is adjacent to W Allen Street (between S Adams Street and S Larkspur Lane) has snapped and is resting on another tree. I'm concerned it will fall further onto the sidewalk and onto our backyard fence.
A bit odd to have Black & Brown Arts on the same day as Pride maybe. If going to do so would have been great to have seen more collaboration between the City and Pride in cross-marketing, maybe a joint venture, or something that would make it feel a bit collaborative instead of potential to choose either or. Hard in a busy town to avoid other events, but these were both cultural festivals.

A package containing Samsung buds3 pro went missing on Sep 12, 2024 to Apartment N5. The package tracking number from UPS shown that the package was delivered at 4.07 PM, when checked at 5PM the package was missing. I'm not sure who stole the box.
I like to keep my privacy fence clear and clean on both sides and currently I cannot do so because of envading branches and other overgrowth from my neighbors yard onto my yard (2412). Not sure who to contact about this as she is not approachable
There have been motorcyclists and other vehicles gathering in the empty Macy's parking lot at night for months. They are very loud and sound like they are doing tricks, driving very fast, revving engines, etc. This is a dangerous safety issue. It's also very noisy for the apartments and neighborhoods nearby.
Suggestion for BACC. The Bloomington Shelter has been adopting pets out to homeless individuals. In many occasions dogs have been found tied up outside stores while the owner is inside. Would like to suggest that the shelter provide these individuals wirh collars that have contact info embroidered and maybe something that says they will be right back. It’s very distressing to come across an animal tied up with no understanding of why. I think it would be worth the investment to help avoid unnecessary shelter inductions. Maybe a patch type collar is available with messages. If something was on the collar where one wouldn’t have to touch the dog to identify would be best gbut even a tag with info would help. Multiple street signs and a fire hydrant were defaced with spray paint between 06-07 September. This is unusual behavior for the neighborhood.
