Hello, My name is Julie Abrams. I am part of the St. Charles School Board Commission. I wanted to know if we must have a permit to hold a car show on our school lot as a fundraiser. Tenants are concerned that there is an increase in crime, vandalism, and break-in regarding cars and offices. A request for: 1. Increased patrolling , and 2. awareness of the issues
