Hello, At 7:30am, someone began jack-hammering the sidewalk immediately outside my apartment window at 222 N College Ave. There are several apartments facing that sidewalk at this location, and it is directly across the street from the Hilton Hotel. In other words, since many people may be trying to sleep in this area, it seems a bit unreasonable to start something so loud before 8am. Thanks for your attention to this matter. On the north side of Tramway, just east of I-69 overpass, there has been a dead deer on the edge of the road for over a week. This is a potenrial hazard with so many large trucks on this road, if two vehicles had to pass at this location

who ever does the mowing on sare rd across from renwick and down by the round about, when they mow the blow grass all over walkes and into the road. they never clean up after they mow, i notice this in many ares also, it not only looks awful but clogs up the drains. many of these lawn services do this, and or the city when they mow. thanks

Abandoned vehicle: There is a red Ford Taurus that appears to be abandoned in the parking lot at 806 Auto Mall Rd. Vehicle has been in the same location since February. Tires are all flat and parts of the car are coming off. Indiana Plate 380LHY

Skunk roadkill on the north shoulder of 10th street, between 45/46 and Range Road/Pete Ellis. While you're at it, at the top of the hill there's a dead raccoon as well, also on the north side of 10th. But the skunk is the bigger issue. For obvious reasons. Thanks very much.

I'm not sure if this would be a City of Bloomington issue or not, but I'm hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction. My wife and I moved into the house at 322 E. 1st St. last July and since we've moved here there has been an utility wire hanging down from the pole roped up on our fence behind our garage (the yellow one). There's also what appears to be a separate coax cable hanging from the pole on the roof of our garage. Our home was not wired for cable when we bought it so I assume it might be the previous line. We are hoping to beautify and clean up our backyard this spring and we'd like to get these wires taken care of. I assume they aren't hot, but I obviously don't want to test my theory. Who should we get a hold of to get this taken care of? Is there a way to tell who owns and is responsible for things dangling off this utility pole? Thanks, -James
