In the H-T this morning (17 June 2017), Carol Hanna writes about Bloomington not having a senior citizens center. I would like to suggest that the former Kmart building on East Third Street would make a good site for a senior center. The building itself could be divided into many areas, and there is a large parking lot. It is located near grocery and retail stores. Additionally, the public library Bookmobile stops in that lot once a week.

Good Evening, My name is Kelly and I work with kids in an after school program in Vermont. Recently I've been working with the kids on safety, I decided doing a fun project on ways they can be safe before and after school.
