Thank you so much for increasing the time for N/S light at Kinser and the Bypass. It used to be only about 4 seconds long. Now it's at least 10 seconds and traffic is able to flow much more efficiently and without waiting through 2 or 3 lights. THANKS!!!

There are shoes hanging from power lines all over town. They are unsightly and have been hanging for a long time. Especially at the intersection of Lincoln and Grimes Lane but at other locations along Grimes Lane and Winslow Roadmas well.

I signed my family up for softball and now I don't want to take my kids. There is a lot of alcohol and drug use that seems to be common practice. Not a place to bring your family.

I looked over ordinances and the site at length and could not find what I was looking for.
Is there some ordinance about people's animals taking a S@#$ on your yard all the @#$% time? A few folks are considerate enough to bring tools to pick it up, but we are finding this is not the case all too often. People walk their dogs and simply let them S@#% in our yard. This is nonsense. If it happened 1 , 2 times a year, so be it, but that is not the case.
If there is no formal ordinance on such matters, so be it, but I thought I would check before anyone was confronted.

I have a second question; I would like to convert my 2-car garage into a studio apartment; can direct me to finding out more about permitting and rules/regulations?
