I am hoping to find a way to get a 24 hour animal clinic opened in Bloomington or at least a clinic or hospital that is open when the other vets are closed. The closest 24 hour pet hospital is in Indy and very expensive. I don't think emergency care for animals should have to cost so much. Some of us can't get emergency treatment because we don't have transportation and/or money to pay. My poor puppy just had to be put to sleep at the indyvet hospital and I feel if I would have been able to afford the $400 fee they wanted up front then she may have lived and I am certain she would have lived if there was a place in Bloomington that would have been able to see her. We need someplace for our babies to be taken care of outside of normal vet office hours.

Frat operating illegally by leaving its flags up after NOV from City stating they are to cease acting as a frat BY October 10, 2017. This photo is from Oct. 11, 2017. Asking for fines to be activated immediately to cause the frat top cease acting as such.

Rooming house acting illegally as a fraternity was told to cease acting as fraternity BY Oct. 10, 2017. This photo show their flags still flying on Thursday OCt. 12, 2017. Request activate fines immediately so frat will cease acting illegally. Signage is specified in letter as being forbidden.

Fess Avenue between 1st and Maxwell is very dark. No streetlights. I am requesting a light be put in between 821 and 823 S. Fess. It's almost pitch black.

The fraternity Phi Gamma Delta has been playing very loud music all afternoon and evening, and it is easily heard inside nearby buildings. I don't know if this is a city issue or a university issue, but I know that uReports are an effective tool in general, and was hoping I could be directed to the right place.

Good Evening, My name is Kelly and I work with kids in an after school program in Vermont. Recently I've been working with the kids on safety, I decided doing a fun project on ways they can be safe before and after school. During their search they came across your page (http://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=2212) and wanted to thank you. Abandoned vehicle: There is a red Ford Taurus that appears to be abandoned in the parking lot at 806 Auto Mall Rd. Vehicle has been in the same location since February. Tires are all flat and parts of the car are coming off. Indiana Plate 380LHY
