This Honda vehicle with California plates is parked on the property of Fairview United Methodist Church, 600 W. 6th Street. It probably belongs to the renter of the brick house in the background. I am a Trustee of FUMC and we would like to have the vehicle removed from our parking lot.
Clarification of case #168944. To answer the question for a city employee assigned to look at this "Can we check and see if this was CBU?" I am pretty sure not. The clay and gravel appeared after the home owner had work done on the north, alley side of herproperty. After she had the excavated material put on the tree plot, she informed the neighborhood listserv that there was "topsoil" if any of us wanted it.
