Thanks to the City’s recent quick action of cutting City’s dead tree in front of our house, now it looks much better. Here we just want to give City some advise in choosing the new tree plant location. It seems to us that the dead tree stump must be removed completely in order to replace a new one in the spot, due to the underground gas and water pipelines heavily laid around the tree stump, which makes it very difficult for you to chose another new plant location. We learnt this from the opposite newly house built situation. There were so many red flags around the dead tree stump. So in order to prevent from touching those gas line and cause the gas explosion, City must do it very carefully . Thank you very much for your prompt attention.
A Ford Country Squire Station wagon appears to have been abandoned on the street in front on my house in the 1200 block of South Washington Street. The car has not been moved since July 24th. The Indiana license plate number is AC123K. This appears to be a violation of city code 15.04.020. Thanks for looking into this matter. Jenny Bauer 1223 S. Washington Street jenny.bauer65@gmail.com

This is in refercence to case number 169692. I failed to mention the blocked bike path was at Bryan Park, adjacent to the woodlawn shelter.
Is there a city code for how far next to a property one can have an open compost pile?
To who it may concern, After 3 or more maintenance requests in the last week for our air conditioning at apartment 123 of The Arch Bloomington, the General manager will not do anything about it beyond sending maintenance to keep adding free-on when there is an obvious other issue. The apartments of The Arch in Bloomington do not replace a/c properly and needs further investigation. Thank you Brianna Tatum 812-345-2146 Tatum.brianna@yahoo.com
I wrote to the City, ticket 169435, and felt the reaction was strange. The case was closed after Parks and Rec said they do not oversee that area. That was my point. Perhaps if some development was done there, the situation would be better.
No water!
