Home is in violation of local HAND rental regulations.
Please close report #177626. It was mistakenly associated with 810 N. Lincoln. The correct address is 806 N. Lincoln, and there is now a case for that address (#177802). The wall at 810 N. Lincoln is not sound, but it is not currently crumbling into the sidewalk.
This properties owner is renting it out illegally to tenants without a permit. This is a direct violation of renting laws in Bloomington. The property is not to code for people to be renting.
the landlord has been notified for 4 months about how the air is no longer working and it gets up to 80 degrees in the building and there is a business there and doesn’t have a care in the world to want to fix it. when it’s 80 outside it feels then same inside!

We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. Squatters making quite a mess running what appears to be a junk business of sorts. Also, dumpster sitting in right of way.
The grass in this empty lot is at least 18-20 inches tall.
Guy in the corner house does not clear snow from sidewalk.
I delivered groceries to 602 N. Morton and there was vomit outside the elevator I think I stepped in it. Cedarview management needs to be fined and notified this is unacceptable
