A tree in the berm or curb strip appears to be dying and may need to be removed. I've been told these trees are the responsibility of the city. Can someone look at it and remove it if necessary? In addition, there are a few other trees on my lot which are very close to the road, and I don't know if they belong to me or the city. Can someone provide insight about this for me? Thank you.

Totally cool to close Cascades to traffic cutting through but not the main entrance totally to even parking there! Other entrance is 20 minutes away. W people won't use park as much or will kill gas in the environment if they do. At least allow some form of parking on south end. Get a new lot if needed. But that's the main access point. Why have City parks if you have to have unlimited time and an ablist bike to use them?

I'm wondering if a woolen blanket was found on a bench in Bryan Park recently. I brought it for seating and think I may have left it there. 9/7/20

two trees that the City planted at 4011 are diseased. I am worried the disease will spread to other trees. It is some type of weird spiderweb looking stuff that is killing the trees.
This is not my home, but I live in the neighborhood at 3912.
