My husband and I are present members of the YMCA, and go this facility often. We are concerned about the lack of cleanliness of the locker room, bathrooms and the drinking fountains. This is a health risk to our community, with the potential for diseases. Also, the drinking fountain in the track area is warm, plus never cleaned. Another example is in the shower. I have seen something left accidently like a shampoo bottle, and I will see it there for weeks at a time. The shower smells of urine,and it is NOT clean. Again, we are very concerned about possible diseases. The health department needs to do an inspection. My husband and I have complained to the YMCA multiple times, but nothing has changed. This home has had a wrecked burned up car parked in the yard for several weeks . A fixer upper RV with tools for repairs for weeks, fenders, bumpers, vehicle paint jobs, and multiple vehicles parked frequently. Also tools everywhere. It looks more like a fix-it shop than a neighborhood private home. Could someone PLEASE go speak the home owner..

We had to move due to our rental, not having heat or running water. The hot water heater went out, as well as the heater. Landlord refused to fix. The landlord was notified, and the response was for us to fix it.

This lawn has not been touched (almost abandoned). The weeds and grass exceeds 12 inches all over the yard, hurting the values of homes in the neighborhood. Please require a change.

House at 1000 w countryside Lane has not mowed their grass this year. It is about 2 feet tall. Looks terrible for the rest of the neighbors.

Poison Ivy: West of Providence Place there is a walkway through part of Woolery Woods to Countryside Ln. This walkway can be seen in the photo included. Poison Ivy is growing all along this walkway on its west side and is a hazard for children in the area. Please help in having this poison ivy removed. Thank you, David Harris

2521 S Rogers St. Tenant moved out because of rodents, air conditioner not working and other problems. Home owner tries to fix all problems himself although wiring companies seem to be talking to owner. Pointing to roof of house and lines leading to house. Home owner owner of other rentals on S Rogers. This house should be checked to make sure no code violations. Home owner recently blocked house numbers on house. Worried about possible fire and others not being able to report an address.
